Intermodal Driver Hiring Requirements
- Intermodal experience (will train the right candidates)
- No violations or accidents in the last three years
- CDL class A
- 23 years old and above
- No positive drug tests
Company Driver
Big Blue Boxes intermodal division is looking to hire additional company drivers for the upcoming season.
Requirements
- A valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR and PSP is required.
- Drivers must be 21 years of age and have 1-year of tractor-trailer experience.
- Must be safety conscious, reliable, responsible and respectful drivers.
- Intermodal experience is preferred but not a deal breaker.
Compensation/Benefits
- All work is within 100 Miles of Minneapolis/St. Paul – park at home every night!
- Competitive compensation (we will beat your current wage)!

- Clean MVR and PSP
- Must be safety conscious, reliable, responsible and respectful drivers.
- Intermodal experience is preferred but not a deal breaker.
Compensation/Benefits
- All work is within 100 Miles of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Get off the road, keep your fuel cost down and park at home very night!
- Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 per year. We keep it simple so you don’t need to hire an accountant to understand how you are being paid!
- Under 100 miles (Zone Rates) – * Call to discuss these*
- 100 miles plus ($1.50/Mile)
- Work in a fast paced friendly environment.
Work Available:
1.) Zone based pay + Fuel Surcharge
2.) CP Wait Time Pay
3.) FREE of Charge: Parking, Plug in’s, and ELOGS
4.) Mostly local work (within 100 miles)
